  • Approximate Practice Time: 25+ minutes

Practice these exercises every day to get the most benefit, as they workout different aspects of your voice and range throughout the week.  Each day has a different emphasis giving you a overall vocal fitness workout.  The minimum practicing recommended is 4-5 days per week (it doesn’t matter which days.)  The “sixth” humming exercise is not intended as an exercise at all, but a vocal cool-down, and should be done with a relaxed hum.
